In 2000 Trekwerk was founded. Inspired by passion for theatre, and looking at other industrial solutions for lifting, a new line of synchronous motors for theatres and a new control system, together with Alpha Getriebe (Germany) and Control Techniques (UK & Netherlands), was developed from scratch. As The Netherlands is a country where 80% of all theatres, receive travelling productions (almost every day a new one), the demands on fast programming within a control system and reliable motors were very high. The products Trekwerk has, were developed from a mass production point of view, basing its design of products as “building stones” for every theatre project, so that pricing would be competitive. The concept of Trekwerk products are very suitable for foreign countries. |
